We understand that every child is different and we pride ourselves on tailoring each party to make sure the celebration child has the best time.
We strive to make each party absolutely perfect, and make memories you and your little one will treasure forever.
We're always transparent with our costs - all of our prices are clearly stated on all of our packages.
Depending on the distance of the party venue from our closest HQ, we may add on a small mileage surcharge.
We ask for a £50 deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance can be paid either cash on the day of the party, or by bank transfer the week leading up to your event.

Your entertainment team will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the party start time to get set up - don't worry, we don't take long to get plugged in and get our festive music playing. We're good to go in no time at all!
We'll spend the first 10 minutes of the party welcoming all the children and making them feel at ease as they arrive, then we'll get started with some of our favourite party games, getting all the children involved.
We will normally break for food at the halfway point, however, if you'd prefer to break a little earlier or later, please do let us know! We can even help to serve the food, please ask us if you'd like us to lend a hand.
After the food, the second half of the party is as jam packed with games as the first half - a great mix of our favourite games and activities as well as some Christmas themed games as well! And not to forget our Christmas sing-along ...

Original Disco Party
Perfect for 4-8 year olds, our Original Disco packages provide a perfect mix of traditional party games such as pass the parcel and musical statues with some more modern games such as our awesome limbo dancing and play parachute activities! We have lots of high energy dance moves thrown in for good measure too.
If your child is older than the recommended age range but you think they would enjoy this package, please do get in touch, as we can make some tweaks to make sure we offer an age appropriate party experience.
Our music system plays all the latest chart music along with some kids favourites such as the Fast Food Song and Superman! We even have the Happy Birthday song ready to play, for when the birthday candles are blown out and that special magical wish is made!

Sports Parties
We offer two amazing action-packed options, designed with ages 4+ in mind! Both packages provide two hours of fun sporty games, competitions and tons of stickers and prizes for your little ones special day.
Our Mini Sports package is aimed towards younger children ages 5-6 and our All Star package is designed to suit the older sports fanatics aged 7+!
Our All-Star package is aimed towards the older sporty superstars! Alongside playing lots of sports themed games, it includes lots of friendly competition, which never fails to get every child hyped up to get involved! These parties always end with lots of rosy cheeks and smiling faces!
Our Mini sports package on the other hand is ideal for the younger kiddos ... perfect for 5th or 6th birthday celebrations! it includes a less competitive approach to our sporty games. We still include some of our best traditional party games as well as some limbo and parachute activities, the sporty games are much simpler than the All Star package to ensure that the party ends with smiles all round!

After setting up, your entertainers will spend the first 10 minutes or so welcoming all of the mini guests, then we get straight into our high energy warm up to get everyone in the mood to move! We play lots of fast paced games, competitions and relays pretty much non-stop until the food break (normally half way through the party). We even include a sporty pass the parcel style game which is always super popular! During the food break, we will continue to play music.. Uv Parties
Our 2-hour UV Glow Party is one of our premium (and most popular) party packages, Our UV glow parties are perfect for ages 5-11 ... however every party we do is specifically catered for the ages of the children attending. With this in mind, we also offer a tween UV party package for that hard to please 9-11 year olds. The tween package has a little more of a grown up vibe and is a lot less structured, giving those sassy guests time the chance to mingle rather than playing non stop games back-to-back.
The venue for a UV Glow Party is super important as the darker the room is, the better our UV lights work. Ideally the room will have no windows, or have windows with curtains or blinds. Bin bags work well to block out any light if pinned up to cover the window, but check this is permitted with the venue first!
If it's a winter party, why not have an early evening start time as there's less worry about outside light sources if it's dark outside ...
When you send the invites out, it's a great idea to encourage guests to wear neon & white coloured clothes and accessories to really make the most of the glow-in-the-dark experience!
Remember to decorate the party room to make the most out of our UV lighting - we recommend neon balloons (pinned to the walls if possible) and neon tape for the floor and tables. UV bracelets are a popular addition with the kids too!

We have two fantastic packages designed for children aged 4+ years, we provide awesome mini makeovers for each guest during the first hour - as well as bracelet making craft.
Our Princess Pamper package is for children aged 4-7 years and our Superstar Pamper package is designed to suit the older princesses aged 7-12 years!
Our Superstar Pamper Party is a glitzy and girly extravaganza for your little diva! What a perfect way to celebrate that special birthday!

We begin each pamper party with up to an hour worth of mini makeovers! Both of our entertainers will pamper the children at the same time to ensure we are able to fit everyone in! Dependent on the number of children attending the party, sometimes our makeovers will take less than an hour so we are able to start our party games slightly earlier.
During this time each child receives the option to have their makeup done e.g eye shimmer, lip gloss and blusher as well as festival glitter art. They will also be asked if they would like their nails painted and a spritz of perfume.
We offer a wide range of glitter and nail polish for the children to choose from during their pamper.
We play background music throughout the entire 2 hours of the party and there will also be bracelet making available whilst the children wait for their individual pamper.

Here at The Kids Party Company, we take our Christening celebration duties VERY seriously!
We understand how Christening parties often bring together a group of children who may not necessarily all know each other, and we make it our mission to ensure they're all the best of friends by the end of the party!
Our Christening package is also great for Naming Ceremonies, Holy Communions and even Weddings.

On the day!
Your entertainers will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the party start time to get set up - don't worry, we don't take long to get plugged in and get our music playing. We're good to go in no time!
We will always take your lead with regards to the food break as chances are, you have already arranged a set time for eating with the venue. We'll pause any games while the children eat and start up entertainment once they've filed their tummies with food!
We run a wide variety of tried and tested party games and activities throughout the party, including limbo, parachute activities and traditional party games. The grown ups will also have the opportunity to join in a few of our games which is always a great photo opportunity!
We may also briefly set up our pop-up-shop where we sell small fun items such as glow sticks, animal masks and similar for pocket money prices (normally between £1 and £1.50) ... this always goes down a treat with the mini guests, however if you'd prefer this not to be included, please make sure you let us know when booking.
Please note that the Silver and Gold packages do not include party games for the full duration, and include one or two hours of music respectively in addition to the 2 hours of games and craft. We will usually offer face painting during this time.
